Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy:

1. Shipping Methods: Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days via UPS or USPS, depending on the shipping option selected during checkout. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and other factors beyond our control.

2. Processing Time: We aim to process orders promptly within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

3. Shipping Rates: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee, which will be calculated during checkout.

4. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its arrival date accurately.

5. In-Store Pickup: We offer free in-store pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from our store, located in Covington, LA. Simply select the "In-Store Pickup" option during checkout, and we'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid ID when collecting your items.

Return Policy:

1. Eligibility: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. In-Store Returns: We offer free returns at our store for items purchased online. Simply bring the item(s) you wish to return along with the original receipt or proof of purchase, and our staff will assist you with the return process.

3. Return Process: To initiate a return for items purchased online, please contact our customer service team at shoeffle@yahoo.com to obtain a return label. You will receive a full refund minus $9.95 to cover shipping costs and handling. You may also ship the item back using your own postage. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply in certain circumstances.

5. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
